DRUG MEETING • Approximately 150 people turned out at the first of three meetings designed to educate area citizens about drug problems in the East Juab County Area. More meetings are planned in November. Time and place of these meetings are in the boxed article to the left.

In an effort to inform and educated the public about the drug problems in our area, additional community meetings will be held. On Wednesday, Nov. 5, at 6:00 p.m. law enforcement and concerned citizens will discuss drug problems in the community. The meeting will be held at the Juab County building.

Another meeting will be held Wednesday, Nov. 19, at 6:00 p.m. in the Senior Citizen's Center.

One of the goals of these meetings is to make the public aware of the growing problems associated with prescription drug thefts and abuse. The public is encouraged to attend and to learn how to be more vigilant and cautious about these growing problems.
