PUBLIC HEARING The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday June 19, 2003 at 7:30 PM on an application for a Conditional Use Permit by Deseret Irrigation Company to open a gravel pit for borrow to construct a stability berm on the upstream face of Sevier Bridge Dam as required by the state engineer. The proposed site is located in Section 36 Township 16 South Range 2 West SLB&M. A map is available for inspection in room 102 of the county courthouse located at 160 North Main Nephi.

PUBLIC NOTICE The Juab School District Board of Education will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, June 11, 2003, at 5:30 p.m. at the Juab School District Office, 346 East 600 North, to receive public comment on the revised budget for fiscal year 2002 - 2003; and on the tentative budget for fiscal year 2003 - 2004. After the public hearing, the Board will consider adoption of the revised budget for fiscal year 2003 - 2004, which will govern the revenues and expenditures of the District.
