BEEHIVE DRIVE • On Thursday, July 30, Beehive Drive (formerly Utah Fast Pass) brought several participants and their cars to Mona City Park. From Mustangs to Lamborghinis, residents were able to see, touch and even start some of these fast and rare cars. (Our editor got to start this 2015 Lamborghini Huracan.) Each year participants travel throughout the state stopping at several towns along the way. Beehive Drive provides charitable contributions to several Utah charities. This year they awarded a $5,000 scholarship to Tyler Ingram, son of Lynn and Shannon Ingram of Mona. He submitted an essay explaining his future college plans and why he needed the money. Lifeflight gave tours of their helicopter and Juab County EMS and Mona Fire Department also gave tours of their equipment. Photo by Austin Dopp
