WHAT TO DO WHEN IT'S RAINING • If you are a student at Nebo View Elementary you might wear your coat over your head as this student was doing when our photographer was there on Monday. The weather center at Nebo View Elementary showed over a 1/4 inch of rain / snow on Monday and the weatherman is calling for more rain or snow for the rest of the week. March is certainly coming in like a lion. Our local weatherman, Donald Ball, wants everyone to know that now Spring comes before Winter.
