THE "RED ROAR BOYS" HAVE A NEW ENGINE
Nephi City firemen show off their new 2000 Pierce
Dash fire engine. The new pumper has a 1000 gallon
water capacity and a 1750 gallons per minute pump
capacity and replaces a 1956 FWD engine which has been
out of service for over 1 year. Nephi's fire
department consists of 25 members, all volunteers.
Officers are: Brett Ostler, Chief; Kim Hall, Assistant
Chief; Kurtis Park, Captain; Darrin Howard, 1st Lt.;
Wayne Smith, 2nd Lt.; and Boyd Howarth, sec.
