MISS UTAH STATE FAIR PAGEANT • Miss Juab County Lynley Peterson, daughter of Rhett and Ann Peterson of Nephi, was crowned 1st Attendant to the 2004 Miss Utah State Fair, Julia Bachison, daughter of Cliff and Marie Bachison of North Ogden, who is a student at Weber State University. Lynley is a student at Southern Utah University. She performed a piano solo by Chopin. She received an $800 scholarship. Both the queen and her attendant will preside over Fair activities through the duration of the Fair. Bachison will represent the Utah State Fair at Miss Utah in June 2005.
