Jarod Z. Mason-Trujillo
1967-2010


Our kind and beloved son, brother and uncle, Jarod Zachary Mason-Trujillo, age 43, died July 11, 2010 at his home in Levan. He was born June 11, 1967 in Salt Lake City, Utah, a son of Augustine Jim and Gloria Ann Memmott Trujillo.  He graduated from Juab High School, Class of 1985. He was a member of the LDS Church.
Jarod enjoyed doing yard work and had the most beautiful yards in Levan. He enjoyed wrestling, jet skiing at Yuba Lake; riding his motorcyle, but most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews: Amber, Zach, Skyler, Kelsie and Degan. He will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his mother, Gloria Romano and his brother, Joby and Brandi Romano, all of Levan; step-brothers, Rick and Jolene Johnson of Payson, Jeff and Teri Lynn Trujillo, Troy and Sharon Trujillo, all of Spanish Fork; nieces and nephews, Amber and Nick Potter of Spanish Fork, Zach Romano, Skyler Romano and Kellsie Romano, all of Levan, and Degan Potter  of Spanish Fork; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Augustine Jim Trujillo; a sister, Stefany Pickering; grandparents, Hal and Doris Memmott, Joe and Hellen Trujillo.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. in the Levan LDS Ward Chapel.  Burial in the Levan Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.

Lamar Nielson
1946-2010


Lamar H. Nielson, age 63, passed away on July 12, 2010 of natural causes. He was born on Oct. 21, 1946 to Daniel Christopher Nielson and Priscilla Helena Wilson Nielson in Salt Lake City.
Lamar was a member of the LDS Church. He was raised and attended school in Nephi, during which time he made many friends, including his best friend Larry Oakey, who preceded him in death. He was a very likeable person and made friends very easily.
At one time in his life he had the opportunity of meeting Roy Rogers and Dale Evans in person, which was one of the highlights of his life.
After his mother passed away, Lamar moved in with Evan and Shirley Frampton, where he resided for some 37 years. While living there, he enjoyed trips to northern Canada, South Dakota and many trips to Disneyland, which was his favorite place.
He is survived by many cousins from the Neilson and Wilson families and the Evan and Shirley Frampton family.
He was preceded in death by both his parents and his brother Dee.
Graveside services, under the direction of Anderson Funeral Home, were held on July 15, 2010 in Vine Bluff Cemetery, Nephi, Utah.
