  • Payson woman arrested on sex charges at Mona boys home

On Monday, May 18, the Juab County Sheriff's Office released a report on the arrest of a worker at a local boy's home.
Lt. Brent Pulver, Juab County Sheriff's Office Emergency Manage, said that Katherine Lynn Estep, 44, of Payson had been arrested and charged with five counts of Forcible Sodomy and seven counts of Sexual Abuse of a Minor.
"Bail was set at $500,000," said Pulver.
On Friday May 15, 2015, the Juab County Sheriff's Office was called to investigate reports of sexual misconduct at the Journey Boys Home in Mona.
"The reports were of a female staff member performing sexual acts with five juvenile victims," said Pulver.
She was booked into the Juab County Jail on five counts of Forcible Sodomy and seven counts of Sexual Abuse of a Minor.
She is being held on bail at the county jail.
"This case is still under investigation," said Pulver.
