CUTTING THE GRASS • This Nephi City Parks and Recreation worker was mowing the lawn at the Old Mill Park on Monday afternoon. Although it is still early Spring, the grass is growing thanks to the unseasonably warm weather we've been having. However, there are still water restrictions for water users in Nephi. Outside watering is prohibited between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. year round. The temps are still on the cool side so limit your watering until your lawn really needs it. We all need to conserve to make it through the summer months.
JUNIOR PROM ROYALTY 2015 • The Juab High School Junior Class will be holding their annual Junior Prom on Saturday, April 18, 2015 in the JHS gymnasium. This year's theme is "Hollywood". Doors will open at 7:00 p.m. Floorshow will start at 8:00 p.m. Cost is $7.00 single, $10.00 for couple, and $20.00 for immediate family. This year's royalty is King and Queen, front center, Brent Huata and Sydney Cragun; right, 1st court, Jarred Jacobson and Dakota Gee; left, 2nd court, Leon Sherwood and Kylee Taylor; and back, 3rd court, Brett Adams and Emma Brooks.
