According to Pat Ingram, Juab County Clerk, the following have filed for political offices that effect voters in Juab County. Caucus meeting were held last night and County Conventions will be held in April.

Dates for the conventions are: April 10th, Democratic Convention and April 17th, Republican Convention. Both will be held in the Juab County Commission Chambers.

Three candidates are running for State Senate District #24. Candidates are Darin Peterson, Nephi; Frank Crowther, Ephraim; and Leonard Blackham, Moroni.

Candidates running for State House of Representatives District #67 are: Patrick Painter, Mona;Richard Moss, Santaquin;Ray Rowley, Santaquin; John Ryan, Payson.

There is one Juab County Commission office open this year. The following candidates have filed for that position: William Boyd Howarth, Incumbent, Democrat; Val W. Jones, Republican; Cynthia Crow, Independent.

Other candidates, and positions are as follows:

Juab School District #1: Jeffery K. Lynn, Cheryl Kay.

Juab School District #2: Rick A. Welsh.

Juab School District #3: Delanie Hathaway, Mary D. Nielson.

Tintic School District #1: MaryLou Draper, Carl A. Wall.

Tintic School District #2: Ronald Bray.

Tintic School District #3: Troy V. Jones, Ron Nelson.
