SUB FOR SANTA • Above, Jarrod Villar, Nephi City Police Officer, helps distribute items to Sub for Santa recipients in the Nephi, Levan and Mona areas. The Sub for Santa program has been in the community for many years with George Morgan, Jr. heading the operation since the get-go. Police officers and volunteers were kept busy distributing tubs filled with toys and clothes to recipients. Morgan was "checking his list" to make sure everyone received their presents.
