FATAL ACCIDENT • A Salem man died when the pickup he was driving was involved in a three vehicle accident last Tuesday evening south of Nephi on the Levan ridge. Above rescue crews work to free Orton and Peterson from the cab of the pickup. The front half of the truck can be seen at far right and the bed is under the semi. Emergency personal from Nephi City, Juab County, Levan, East Juab Ambulance, East Juab Fire and the Utah Highway Patrol were dispatched to the scene.
