FLASH FLOODS • Highway 132 in Salt Creek Canyon was closed last Tuesday Evening as flash floods brought rocks and mud from the foothills over the road. State Highway crews cleared the debris and the road was re-opened to traffic later that night. Photo courtesy the Shawn Foster Family
