Nephi City Park will be hosting the annual 4th of July Carnival on Monday, July 4. All-day activities include all kinds of games, rides, prizes, sno-cones, country store, hamburger, hot dogs, pizza, cotton candy, baked goods and an auction.

The day's schedule will be as follows:

• 7:00 a.m.--Breakfast, $4.00 a plate, menu includes: ham, eggs, hot cakes, milk and juice;

• 8:00 a.m.--4 on 4 Volleyball Tournament Begins: Contact Elizabeth Reinhard before July 1st at 623-0321 to register a team. $25.00 per team, limit 5 players per team. Age categories: 12-14, 15-19, 20+.

• 8:00-9:00 a.m.--Registration for 3 on 3 basketball tournament. Contact Jeff Wallace at 623-3318 to register a team. $8.00 per player, 3-4 players per team.

• 9:00 a.m.--Country Store opens

• 9:45 a.m.--Flag Raising Ceremony

• 10:00 a.m.--3 on 3 Basketball Tournament Begins

• 10 a.m.-4:00 p.m.--Rides and Games

• 11:00 a.m.--Quilt Auction

• 1:00 p.m.--Entertainment

• 1:00-3:00 p.m.--Silent Auction

• 2:00 p.m.--Musical and Variety Program

• 4:00 p.m.--Auction

• 5:30-6:30 p.m.-- Dinner, $5.00 per plate, menu includes: shredded pork, mashed potato with gravy, vegetables, tossed green salad, dinner roll, beverage, and dessert.

• 9:30 p.m. -- Fireworks at Juab High School.

A Veteran's Memorial will also be displayed at the park. Pictures of local veterans should be turned in by July 1st. Contact Jill Park at 623-4505 for more information or to turn in pictures.
