  • Langford will take over as JHS principal

Juab School District welcomes new Juab High School Principal Jim Langford.

He will be formally introduced at board meeting on June 21, 2017 at 6 p.m.

“Congratulations to Jim on his new position,” said Dr. Rick Robins, Juab School District Superintendent. “We are excited to welcome him and his family to Juab.”

Langford comes from Cedar City, where he has been the Assistant Principal and Athletic Director at Canyon View High School since 2012.

Prior to his employment as an administrator, Jim worked as a Psychology and Physical Education teacher at Canyon View from 2003-2012.

He was the head boys basketball coach for eight years and an assistant coach for football and track.

He received his bachelor’s degree from Southern Utah University, where he was an offensive lineman on the football team. He received his Masters of Education from Southern Utah University.

Langford enjoys watching high school sports, golfing, and going on road trips with his wife, Harmony, and their five children.
