UDOT CHANGING TO "PRIVATE REST STOPS" • Nephi's exits are a plus for a new plan being looked at for future rest areas. UDOT told the Nephi City Council that "Private Rest Stops" in area businesses are probably going to be the wave of the future. Certain criteria will have to be met, including 24 hour / 365 days per week access the council learned. If Nephi is selected, businesses would have to bid for the stops.
