BEHIND SCHEDULE • Due to the cold weather and snow back in December, construction on the new 4th District Court facility was delayed. Officials at Juab County hope the weather will be on their side and a tentative open house and ribbon cutting is planned for mid-February. ENJOYING THE MILD WINTER • It may still be January, but Jared Braden was wearing shorts as he ran for the bus after school Monday. Students can expect to be back in pants and coats for the rest of the week. The weatherman says it's going to rain and snow until Saturday with temperatures dropping back into the mid-30s.
