VACANT LOT - FUTURE HOME OF HOTEL • This vacant lot north of Flying J might be the home of a new hotel in Nephi if all goes well with city plans to develop new commercial entities in our city. A hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, December 5th to hear public comment on the issuance of $1.6 million in bonds to fund the plans.
