Bring your ballot into Alaina Lofgran, county clerk, in the clerk's office, 160 N. Main, Nephi. She and her staff have been receiving ballots daily. HALLOWEEN TRICK OR TREATERS WERE OUT IN FORCE ON MONDAY • during the Nephi Chamber of Commerce sponsored Halloween event. The weather turned bright and sunny just in time for the event and even the lack of sidewalks in some places did not deter the assorted cats, pirates and other creatures.
