VOTING • When our photographer took this photo on Tuesday morning, the voting was steady but there were no lines at the Juab County Fairgrounds where all Nephi Precincts voted. The national press was reporting a few glitches including the Governor of South Carolina who couldn't produce the necessary identification and was turned away when he tried to vote without it.
