BY DAWN'S EARLY LIGHT • Nephi City Electrical crews were up early on Tuesday putting up the traditional star at Center and Main and marking the start of the Christmas Season in Nephi. Santa will be here on Saturday, November 24th at the Old Gym to hear Christmas wishes and give out candy to the boys and girls of our area.

THANKSGIVING FOR NEEDY FAMILIES • Steve Tanner, owner of Mt. Nebo Market and Nephi Lions President Chris Neilsen along with Lions officers Ted Jones, Vard White, and Hap White show off some of the turkeys that the club will be donating to area families this Thanksgiving. The Lions raised the money to support this and other club projects with their annual Chuckwagon Breakfast during the Ute Stampede and Ute Stampede Program sales.
