TRAILERS RULE • On Monday morning I-15 was crowded with cars, trucks and trailers returning to northern Utah after the Labor Day flight from the big city to Southern Utah. We didn’t go south for the weekend, but our guess is that the campgrounds, lakes and parks looked a lot like SLC normally looks. For our money, to get away is best done the weekend before or after 3-day holiday weekends.
