This week is an exciting one because it is Homecoming week. It will go as follows:
Wednesday—Flotation Day where you dress up in flotation devices like pool floaties. The night activity will be a barbecue at the school at 5:00 along with a pep rally after that at 7:00. At the pep rally this will be the first time that the Homecoming Royalty will be announced and there will also be other really fun things along with that. This year we are introducing something new and that is miniature golf in the school where teachers have provided places to golf in their rooms.
Thursday—P.I.N.C. Day (Pirates, Indians, Ninjas, and Cowboys Day) and you can dress up in any of those or all of them. That night there will be a volleyball game and the JV and Freshmen football teams will be traveling to ALA, and after that there will be a cereal party where the students can come eat cereal and play games.
Friday—School Color Day where the students can dress up in crimson and gold. There will be a parade this day also that will start at 4:00 and run through Main Street, after that there will be a football game, and after that a movie night on the side of the school.
We appreciate all the businesses that let us paint their windows. It helps out with our school pride and it reminds us of the community that is here to support us.
