Venice Ballow

Venice Christensen Ballow, age 90, passed away June 17, 2007 in Levan, Utah.
She was born September 25, 1916 in Levan, Utah, to Charles and Vera Chase Christensen. She married Frank Ballow December 26, 1936 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He passed away April 25, 1991.
She loved people and served the public for 47 years. She graduated from LDS Business College in Salt Lake City after graduating from high school. She loved the outdoors, farming, water sports, ice skating, cooking, and family gatherings. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Venice will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by two sons, Wallace (Rose) Ballow and Ted (Mala Don) Ballow, both of Levan; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; a brother Lynn Christensen. Preceded in death by one brother, Max and two sisters, Thelma and Cora.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 21, 2007 in the Levan LDS Chapel. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, 94 West 300 North Nephi and at the church in Levan one hour prior to the services. Interment will be in the Levan Cemetery.
