DROP, COVER AND HOLD ON • Students in Mrs. Dyreng's first grade class at Red Cliffs Elementary take cover under their desks during the "Great ShakeOut Drill" held Tuesday at 10:15 a.m. Students were told to drop where they were, cover up, and hold on. A drill broadcast was sent out over the school's PA system giving instructions, with real-sounding earthquake shakes in the background. Some of the kids were a little nervous, but now that they have practiced the drill, in a real-life event, they'll be prepared.
JUNIOR PROM SATURDAY NIGHT • The Juniors of Juab High School invite the community to attend "A Night in Central Park" on Saturday, April 21, at 9:00 p.m. in the Juab High School gymnasium. Come enjoy the floor show of beautiful dresses and city lights. Admission is $5 per person, $10 per couple, or $20 per family.
