ANOTHER SURE SIGN OF SPRING • These Daffodils have got the Spring Message and proudly shout their beauty to the morning sun at Nephi's Old Mill Reception Center. All over town the early Spring flowers are coming up. The weather man on the other hand is calling for a taste of Spring rain and snow through Sunday. It's a sure thing, as April LDS conference is scheduled for this weekend.
