Howard Clark Ostler
Howard Clark Ostler passed away peacefully on March 23,
2001 at his home in Nephi.
Clark was born June 11, 1929 in Nephi, Utah to George
Henry and Luella Blackett Ostler. He was the youngest of
three sons.
He was married to Barbara Beth Powell and later
divorced. He married Claudia Ann Robinson. Their marriage
was solemnized in the Provo Temple.
He is survived by his wife Claudia and their nine
children; Nanette Steed (David), Harold C. (Mary Jane),
Jacqueline E. Richardson, Russell A. Birchfield (Becky),
Vickie L. Miller, Sandra Tafoya (Manuel), John E.
(Jeanette), George H., Robinson L. (Andrea); 30
grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 2 brothers Therle G.
and Alan L. Ostler.
A Viewing will be held on Sunday, March 25, 2001,
from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, 94 West 300
North Nephi, Utah. Funeral Services will be held at the
8th Ward Chapel on Monday, March 26, 2001 at 11:00 a.m.,
with a viewing one-hour prior to the service. Interment
will be at the Vine Bluff Cemetery, Nephi, Utah.
