Shane Hall
1983-2007


Shane Udall Hall, age 24, died in a traffic accident and returned home to his Heavenly Father on November 30, 2007 near Santaquin, Utah.
Shane was born October 25, 1983 in Gunnison, Utah, to Jerold Milford Hall and Judy Ann Hearne.
Shane was raised in the Juab/Mills area. He attended school in Nephi and graduated from Juab High School. He worked for a time in Provo and then moved to Gilbert, Arizona, where he graduated from the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences. He had just been hired as an intern at the radio station X96 in Salt Lake City.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. His bright smile, easy laughter, and kind ways have touched so many lives.

He is survived by his father Jerold Hall of Mills, Utah; mother, Judy Shepherd of Billings, Montana; brother, Rusty (Lesa) Hall of Plain City; Kert (Heather) Hall of Highland; Milford (Nicole) Hall of  Levan; Shawn Hall of Santaquin; sisters, Cinda Stokes of Lehi; Leigh Ann (Tyler) Penrod of Santaquin; many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, December 7, 2007 in the Nephi North Stake Center,1125 North 400 East, Nephi. Friends may call Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, 94 West 300 North, Nephi and at the church one hour prior to the services. Interment will be on the Hall Ranch, Mills,Utah.


Loeta Joy Blackett Howarth
1933-2007


Loeta made her transition on November 30, 2007 at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City resulting from a cerebral aneurism and hemorrhage.
Loeta was born in Birch Creek, Utah, on March 24, 1933 to Thomas Herman Blackett and Irva Despain Blackett. Her father passed when she was young and she was raised in Nephi, Utah, by her mother and stepfather, Earl Howard. Loeta married George Larry Howarth on March 24, 1950. Larry passed away in June 2001.
Loeta was a member of the LDS church. She was a wonderful and devoted mother to two children, grandmother to four grandsons and a granddaughter, and six great-grandchildren: George Thomas (Peggy) Howarth of Murray and their children, Ian, Gillen, and Emily (Damon Smith) and their sons, Justin, Tobin; Cindy (Jay) Humes of  Nephi, and her two sons, Don Shepherd, Jr. and his children Braydon, Kaylan, Mckylie, and Hanna; Cody Shepherd (Marianne) and their son Stockton.
She is also survived by two sisters, Rae Coombs of St. George and Kay Park (Clifford) of Kaysville; three sisters-in-law, Annette Kendall, Enid Davis, Ina Douglas, and Nadine Blackett. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Larry, and one brother, Evan Blackett, and one sister, Evelyn Bracken.
The family would like to thank the staff of Central Valley Medical Center, Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, University of Utah Medical Center, IHC Lifeflight, and University Airmed, for their kind compassionate care and their efforts to help mom survive. A special thanks to Annette Kendall for her assistance and generosity.
Rest in peace, Mom. We know you will be watching over all of us. You have always been our guardian angel and will continue to be from heaven.
A viewing will be held from 11 a.m. to 1p.m. Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at the Anderson Funeral Home, Nephi, Utah. A private family graveside service will follow at Nephi Vine Bluff Cemetery, Nephi, Utah.


Norda Rosenlof
1921-2007


Norda Williams Rosenlof died Nov. 23, 2007 in Mt. Pleasant, Utah. She was born April 11, 1921 in Nephi, Utah, to Edward Henry and Mildred Shettle Williams. She married Alonzo D. Rosenlof Oct. 1, 1940 in Mt. Pleasant. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple.
Survivors are her 3 children, Doris (Paul) Garlick of Bountiful, Dee (Susan), and Kent (Holly) of Mt. Pleasant; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers, Robert R. Williams of Orem, and Morgan Williams of San Diego, California.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2007 at the North Mt. Pleasant Stake Center. Interment in the Mt. Pleasant City Cemetery.
