JUAB COUNTY, UTAH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 6, 1999, at 2:30
p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be
considered, the County Commission (the "Commission") of
Juab County, Utah (the "County") will hold a public
hearing at the principal office of the Commission at 160
North Main Street, in Nephi, Utah for the purpose of
receiving public comment on the proposed issuance by said
County of its Hospital Facility Revenue Bonds, Series
1999 (Central Valley Medical Center, Inc.) in the maximum
aggregate face amount of not to exceed $6,500,000. Said
Bonds are to be issued pursuant to the Utah Industrial
Facilities and Development Act, Title 11, Chapter 17,
Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, to finance a
portion of the costs of acquisition, construction and
furnishing a hospital facility, together with related
improvements, to be located in Nephi City, in Juab
County, Utah. The proposed facilities and related
property and improvements will be used by Central Valley
Medical Center, Inc., a Utah non-profit corporation. The
proposed Bonds will not constitute general obligations of
the County. The County will not be obligated to pay costs
incurred in connection with the issuance of the Bonds nor
will it be liable to make payments of interest or
principal on the Bonds from its general credit or taxing

On September 14, 1999, the Town Council of Mona, Utah,
passed a motion to accept the petition of Patrick L.
Painter to annex property located on the existing South
Boundary line of Mona on the South side of Cemetery Lane
and West of U. S. Highway 91 more particularly described
as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section
5, Township 12 South, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base &
Meridian; thence as follows: N 89° 17' 51" E,

will be held to consider adopting an ordinance annexing
the above described property on November 29, 1999, at
7:00 p.m. at the Mona School located at 260 E 200 S,
Mona, Utah. This hearing date has been postponed from
November 23, 1999 to November 29, 1999 because of the
Thanksgiving Holiday.
