Malvola Bennett Russell
Malvola Bennett Russell, age 83, passed away Nov. 6,
1999, at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake
City.
She was born Aug. 23, 1916, in Deseret, Utah, to Susan
Malvola Frampton and Benjamin Winter Bennett. She married
Paul Russell May 1, 1937, in Nephi. Their marriage was later
solemnized in the Jordan River LDS Temple on Feb. 23, 1985.
He preceded her in death on Feb. 16, 1984.
She was an active member of the LDS Church.
She is survived by her children, Robert (Bob) Paul
Russell, Mrs. Bruce (Sharon) Jensen, Gwen Russell, and Mrs.
Steven (Debra) Stowell; 8 grandchildren; 6
great-grandchildren; sister, Lorayne VandeVanter; and
brother, Charles Farrell (Bud) Bennett. She was proceeded in
death by three brothers and two sisters.
The funeral will be held at the Union Fort LDS 5th Ward,
6770 South 500 East, Midvale, on Wednesday, Nov. 10, at
11:00 a.m. A viewing will be held at Goff Mortuary, 8090
South State, Midvale one hour prior to the funeral.
Interment will be at Vine Bluff Cemetery, Nephi, Utah, at
3:00 p.m.
Bonnie Dolores Ingram Holm
Bonnie Dolores Ingram Holm, age 61, of Spanish Fork died
Nov. 9, 1999.
She was born July 12,1930, in Nephi, Utah, to Moroni
Smith and Mary Louise Ingram. She was raised in Nephi and
moved to Spanish Fork after her marriage to Ellison "Ike"
Holm.
She was a member of the LDS Church and served in every
capacity. She loved to travel, and spent many hours sewing,
quilting, crocheting, cooking, embroidery, planting flowers,
doing genealogy, and scrapbooking. She was a tax consultant
for 33 years.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, "Ike";
children, Clyde (Linda) Holm of Payson, Kerry Lynn (John)
Carle of Crawford, Nebraska, Blake (Sheron) Holm of Payson,
Hans Jay (Trina) Holm of Spanish Fork, and Kim (Zane)
Christofferson of Spanish Fork; 15 grandchildren; 1
great-grandchild; brothers, Earl Ingram, Blain Ingram, and
Ken Ingram, all of Nephi. A sister, Nila Brock, preceded her
in death.
Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, Nov. 12, 1999,
at 11:00 a.m. in the Spanish Fork Stake Center, 1006 East
200 South. The family will receive friends from 6 8 p.m. on
Thursday evening at the Walker Mortuary or 1 hour prior to
services on Friday at the church. Internment will be at the
Spanish Fork Cemetery.
David Lunt
David Burnell Lunt, age 60, passed away November 8, 1999
in Nephi, Utah.
He was born May 4, 1939 in Nephi, Utah to Burnell and
Florence Hiskey Lunt. He married Shirley Stephensen June 1,
1961 in Nephi, Utah they were later divorced.
He graduated from Juab High School and was a member of
the LDS church. He worked for Nephi City as Chief of Police
for 15 years. He also worked construction and at Nephi
Rubber Products. Dave enjoyed the outdoors, camping,
fishing, and hunting with his family. He will be greatly
missed by all his family and friends.
He is survived by his four children, Lori (Gary) Jones,
Joey (Rachel) Lunt all of Nephi; Kristi (Scott) Jarrett of
Draper; Marty (Cortney) Lunt of Cedar City; 10
grandchildren; brother, Morris (Ike) Lunt of Nephi, sister,
Helen Cammons of California, stepbrother, Jeff Andrews of
California. Preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, November
12, 1999 in the Nephi 5th Ward, 345 East 500 North. Friends
may call Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Anderson
Funeral Home, 94 West 300 North and at the church one hour
prior to services. Burial will be in the Vine Bluff
Cemetery, Nephi, Utah.
