NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property
will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder,
payable in lawful money of the United States at the time
of sale, at the Main Entrance of the Juab County -
Courthouse located at 160 North Main, Nephi, Utah on
Thursday, December 4, 2003, at 11:30 a.m., for the
purpose of foreclosing a Deed of Trust originally
executed by SPEEDY TURTLE PETROLEUM, INC., as Trustor,
and SEVEN C ENTERPRISES, INC., as Grantor, in favor of
WESTERN UNITED LIFE ASSURANCE COMPANY, as Beneficiary,
recorded January 6, 2003, as Entry No. 229730, Book 445,
Page 18, covering the improved real property located in
Juab County, Utah, and more particularly described as

Beginning at a point on the West right-of-way line of
U.S. Highway 91 which lies North 8916'51 West 1029.94
feet along the Section line and North 769.83 feet and
North 6425'27 West 217.29 feet from the Southeast corner
of Section 17, Township 13 South, Range 1 East, Salt Lake
Meridian; thence North 6425'27 West 344.34 feet to the
East right-of-way line of the Union Pacific Railroad;
thence 199.83 feet following said right-of-way line along
the arc of a curve to the left (having a chord bearing
and distance of North 2914'58 East 199.79 feet and a
radius of 2964.93 feet); thence South 6425'27 East 344.34
feet; thence South 2112'15 West 199.96 feet to the place
of beginning The current beneficiary of the Trust Deed is
Western United Life Assurance Company and the record
owner of the Property as of the recording of the Notice
of Default is Seven C Enterprises, Inc. The trustee's
sale will be made without warranty as to title,

70A-9a-604, all tangible and intangible personal property

PUBLIC NOTICE OF AMBULANCE LICENSE APPLICATION As
required by Utah Code § 26-8a-405, notice is given
that Levan Town has applied for a new license to provide
emergency 9-1-1 and inter-facility transfer ground
ambulance service. The proposal is for an
EMT-Intermediate Level Ground Ambulance License to be
operated by Levan Town. The EMT-Intermediate ground
ambulance license will be for the following geographic
area of Levan Town and surrounding area within Juab
County: I-15 Mile Post 207 Mills Road, west on Mills
Road, west on Mills Road to Juab County / Millard County
line then south on Juab County / Millard County line to
the southeast Juab County / Millard County / Sanpete
County line, then east to the eastern Juab County /
Sanpete County line, then north on the Juab County /
Sanpete County line to Four Mile Creek, then west to I-15
Mile Post 207 to the place of beginning. Parties defined
as interested parties under the EMS act may object to the
application in writing by December 22, 2003 until 5:00
p.m. to the Bureau of Emergency Medical Service, P.O. Box
142004, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114-2004. The public may
comment on the application until December 22, 2003 until
5:00 p.m. by submitting written comment to the Bureau of
