PUBLIC NOTICE The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday November 27, 2002 at 7:00 PM in the county commission chambers located at 160 North Main Nephi Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on an application by Jerold Hall (property owner) for and in behalf John Kuhni & Sons Inc. for an animal rendering plant. The proposed location of the plant is in section 19 Township 15 South Range 1 West S.L.B.&M and contains approximately 52 acres. A map of the proposed site is available for review in the Juab County Planning Office.

RFP New Juab School District Office The Juab School District is seeking bids for the remodeling of its' new District Office located at approximately 350 East 600 North in Nephi. The selected contractor is expected to complete the project from start to finish with the exception of plumbing, electrical, and floor covering work. The successful bidder will be expected to remove some existing walls. Plans for the project are available at the current District Office located at 42 East 200 North in Nephi. A walk through of the building for all potential contractors is scheduled for Monday, December 2 at 10:00 A.M. on the site. Bids are due at the District Office no later than Friday, December 6th at 4:00 P.M. The successful contractor will be expected to start on the project no later than December 16th 2002 and must be able to finish the remodeled building no later than April 1st, 2003. The Juab School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
