Terry Green
Terry Fielding Green, age 57, passed away Nov. 24, 2001
as a result of an automobile accident.
He was born Sept. 3, 1944 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to
Gerald Fielding and Carol Francis Jackman Green. He married
Anna Brown. They were later divorced. He married DeEtte
Chase Feb. 14, 1992.
Terry served 6 years in the U.S. Marine Corps during
the Viet Nam War. He was a member of the American Legion. He
loved the outdoors and summers at the Big Horn Ranch.
He is survived by his wife DeEtte of Levan; children,
Jonas F. Green of Levan, Teresa (Peter) Marquardt of West
Jordan; 2 grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Kathy (Odis)
Price of Taylorsville, Mark L. Green of Sandy, Kristy (Del)
Wright of Salt Lake City, Tracy G. Green of West Valley
City, Jeralyn (Russ) Frei of Kearns; step-father, Derle
Hansen of Salt Lake City; step-mother, Elaine (Jack)
Seegmiller of Salt Lake City; step-children Jason, Travis,
Tina, Riley Worwood of Levan. He was preceded in death by
his parents and sister, Gayle Yamaguchi.
Services were held Nov. 29, 2001 at the Levan LDS
Church. Interment in the Levan Cemetery.
Bill Welcher
William Harold Welcher, age 45, passed away Nov. 19,
2001.
He was born Aug. 31, 1956 in Phoenix, Arizona, to Mary
Ann Snow and Robert Welcher. He married Rose Harding January
1974, they later divorced. He enjoyed racing, softball, and
fishing.
He is survived by four children, Melinda Wing of
Sandy, Billy of Sandy, Jennifer of Midvale, and Kyle Taintor
of Sandy; parents, Mary and Earl Morris; step-father, Earl
Fashion; brothers, Bob Welcher, Earl Fashion, Mike Fashion;
sister, Mary Baker; step-brother, Kevin (Shirley) Morris; 9
grandchildren. He was preceded in death by step-brother,
Barry Morris; nephew, Jared Morris; son-in-law, Bobby Wing;
brother-in-law, Rodney Baker.
Funeral services were held Nov. 24, 2001 in the Nephi
North Stake Center. Burial in Vine Bluff Cemetery, Nephi,
Utah.
