An Historical Event will take place on Saturday, October 30, in the Levan Church Cultural Hall. There has been a time capsule removed from the cornerstone of the Levan Church dating back 100 years. Some of the items. that were found in the time capsule include coins from the late 1800s, newspapers, magazines, books, journals. ward rosters and church officials from the year 1904.

Starting at 1:30 p.m., the items removed from the time capsule will be on display in the cultural hall for viewing. Then, at 2:00 p.m., there will be a short program featuring remarks from some of Levan's oldest residents and President Alan Kenison, as well as music by the Levan 1st a 2nd ward choirs. Following the program, we will meet outside for the placement of the new time capsule, after which the building will be open for tours and refreshments.
