ORDINANCE NO. 10/15/02 TEMPORARY ORDINANCE REGARDING RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARKS Nephi City A Municipal Corporation AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE 30 DAY LIMITATION FOUND IN ORDINANCE NUMBER 12-2411 (1)(b)(c). Section 1. Preamble A. WHEREAS, Nephi City desires to promote the public interest of Nephi City; and B. WHEREAS, there is a project in and around Nephi for the Kern River Pipeline requiring temporary housing for workers; and C. WHEREAS, the Nephi City Council finds a compelling countervailing public interest to provide such temporary housing; and D. WHEREAS, Nephi City has the authority to adopt this temporary ordinance pursuant to Utah Code Annotated 10-9-404, and hereby exercises its legislative powers in doing so; Section 2. Ordaining Clause NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by Nephi City that the following temporary ordinance be enacted. Section 3.
