PUBLIC NOTICE The Juab County Commission will hold a public hearing on November 5 2001 at 6:30 PM in the commission chambers 160 North Main Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on a proposed revision to the Juab County Subdivision Ordinance. The revision would limited the area in which Cluster Inventive Subdivisions are allowed and place time limitations on subdivision approvals.
