Nephi City Police Chief Chad Bowles is reminded area residents and hunters that the Sewer Lagoon area is posted as No Trespassing, No Hunting. Recent damage to the fences surrounding the lagoons indicates that their are people gaining access to the area&emdash;possibly for hunting purposes.

There is a $1,000 fine for Criminal Trespass. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police.
