Richard L. Haney
1956-2007


Richard Lynn, Haney, age 51, passed away September 9, 2007 in Nephi, Utah.
He was born on August 11, 1956 in Moses Lake, Washington, to Albert and Nelda Loretta Ord Haney.
He graduated from Juab High School in 1975. He served an LDS mission in England and was active in the Nephi 6th Ward and served as assistant ward clerk. He was interested in sports and officiated in many baseball and basketball games.
He is survived by his sisters, Karen Tharp of West Jordan, Utah and Cheryl Haney of Salt Lake City, Utah; brothers, Tom Haney of John Day, Oregon and Terry Haney of North Salt Lake, Utah. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, George Haney.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 12, 2007 in the Nephi Stake Center, 351 North 100 West. Friends may call from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to the services at the church. Interment will be in Vine Bluff Cemetery, Nephi, Utah.


Brady Lewis Wightman
1988-2007


Brady Lewis Wightman, 19, passed away peacefully September 7, 2007. He was born March 3, 1988 in Payson, Utah, to Clarke L. and Marianne Howard Wightman.
Brady loved the mountains, hiking, and his family, especially his nieces and nephews. He enjoyed baseball, skateboarding, and music, and making everyone laugh was his greatest joy. Brady taught himself to play the piano and the guitar and was a talented artist.
He is survived by his mother, Marianne; his siblings, Jessica (Jon) Rockne, Staci (Chris) Ulrich, Ryan (Codi) Miller, Danielle (Chris) Ward; 5 nieces and nephews, Hannah Mitchley, Banner Ward, Trevor Ward, Brinna Ward, Emry Miller; grandparents, Bill and Ruth Howard of Nephi, grandmother. Noma Wightman of Orem. He was preceded in death by his father, Clarke, and his grandfather, Grant and his dog Tipsy.
The family would like to give their heartfelt thanks to Keilani Daily and her family for their support and love for Brady.
A viewing was held Tuesday, September 11, 2007, at 11 a.m. in the Walker Sanderson Funeral Home, 646 East 800 North, Orem. Interment will be held in the East Lawn Memorial Hills Cemetery. Clifford D. Branton
1928-2007


Clifford Donald Branton, age 78, passed away September 3, 2007 in Nephi, Utah.
He was born in 1928 in Gypsum, Kansas, to Elmer Floyd and Ida Grace Montgomery Branton. He married the love of his life, Ruth Barbara Kunzmann in 1948. She passed away June 8, 2007 after 58 years together.
Clifford and Ruth started their life together in Topeka, then later Overland Kansas. Moving their two children to the West Valley area, then eventually moving and retiring in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He retired from Consolidated Freightways in 1992.
He is survived by his children, Larry (Cindy) Branton and their children, Ryan and Lindsay; Caren (Dave) Olsen and their children, Jeannie (Larry) Parrett, Tammie (Billy) Sparks, Trina (Jason) Case, Traci (Jeff) Sloan, and 9 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday, September 8, 20007 at the Anderson Funeral Home, Nephi, Utah. Interment in Vine Bluff Cemetery, Nephi.
