That this is an action to quiet title, in the Plaintiff and against all of the above Defendants, a certain parcel of real property located in Juab County, State of Utah, described as follows: Parcel No XA-0539 Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot!, Block 3, Plat "B" of the Nephi Townsite Survey, thence South 80.52 feet, more or less, along the East boundary of said Lot 1 to the South line of Nephi Townsite Entry, thence West 429 feet, more or less, along said South line of Nephi Townsite Entry to a point on the West boundary of said Block 3 which point is 83.66 feet, more or less, South of the Southwest corner of Lot 3 of said Block 3, thence North 160 feet, more or less, along the West boundary of said Block 3 to a point 137 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Block 3, thence East 429 feet to the East boundary of said Block 3, thence South 79.48 feet along the East boundary of said Block 3 to the point of beginning.
