NOTICE OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
pursuant to the provisions of Section 11-14-21, Utah Code
Annotated 1953, as amended, that on September 26, 2000,
the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Mona, Utah (the
Issuer), authorized the issuance of Water
Revenue Bond, Series 2000, in the aggregate principal
amount of not to exceed $900,000 (the Bond),
of the Issuer, to be dated the dates of delivery to the
purchasers, to mature in not more than thirty-five (35)
years from their date or dates. If less than the maximum
principal amount is advanced, Mona Town shall be
obligated to repay only the actual amount paid or
advanced by the purchasers. The aggregate principal
amounts of the Series 2000 Bond shall bear interest at a
rate not to exceed 6.0% per annum. Any installment of
principal and interest on the Series 2000 Bond which
shall not be paid when due shall bear interest at the
rate of eighteen (18%) per cent per annum from the date
of maturity of such installment until paid. Said Bond,
pursuant to a Resolution of the Governing Body of the
Issuer adopted on September 26, 2000, is to be issued for
the purpose of refunding or redeeming the Series 1998
Bond in the amount of $686,000 and paying part of the
cost of constructing water system improvements, including
the installation of a water storage tank and water
distribution lines of said Issuer and such legal,
engineering and fiscal agent expenses as are reasonably
incurred in connection with the construction and
acquisition of said improvements and with the
authorization and issuance of such Bond as may be
properly payable from the proceeds thereof. A copy of the
Resolution adopted on September 26, 2000, by the Issuer
authorizing the issuance and confirming the sale of the
above-described Bond is on file in the office of the Town
Clerk of the Issuer in Mona, Utah, where it may be
examined during regular office hours of the Town Clerk
from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Wednesdays and from 1:00
P.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Said
