WELCOME HOME • Nephi members of the 116th Engineer Company of the Utah National Guard Engineers returned home from a 10-month deployment to Kuwait on August 27. They were welcomed home with a police escort and rode atop the fire engine. Members returning home were SPC Todd Watts, SPC Chet Ingram, SSG Zac Watts, SSG Aubrey Watts, and SGT Matthew Caldor.
