RESERVOIR? • Nope, just a big dry mud puddle as the drought and irrigation water releases have brought down Mona Reservoir to the lowest level in years. Above the mud flats east of the dam look like those on travel logs on public TV. The water, which is just a river in the middle, is about 4 blocks from this point.
