We as a family would like to express our thanks for
the cards, flowers, food and phone calls we received at
the passing of Munro P. Pexton. Also a special thanks to
his neighbors and friends. We appreciated the words
spoken about Munro at the funeral services, the good he
had done over the years to help his fellow man. Thanks to
his nursed, Christina Pay and Beverly Anderson, his good

Defendants. THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE ABOVE-NAMED
DEFENDANTS: You are hereby summoned and required to file
an answer in writing to the attached Complaint with the
Clerk of the above-entitled Court at 160 North Main, P.O.
Box 249, Nephi, Utah, 84648, and to serve upon or mail to
Douglas L. Neeley, Attorney for Plaintiff, at 320 South
50 West, 101-6, Ephraim, Utah, 84627, a copy of said
answer within thirty (30) days after service of this
Summons upon you. If you fail to do so, Judgment by
Default will be taken against you for the relief demanded
in said Complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of
the above-entitled Court and a copy of which is hereto
attached and herewith served upon you. That this is an
action to quiet title, in the Plaintiff as against all
the above Defendants, a certain parcel of real property
located in Juab County, State of Utah, described as
follows: All of Lot 10 of the subdivision of Lot 19,
Block 5, Plat "B", Eureka City Survey, Juab County, State
of Utah. Dated this 14TH day of September 1998.
