NEW CLUSTER INCENTIVE SUBDIVISION • The County approved the preliminary plat for this subdivision North and West of Nephi and is being developed by Tim McPherson. They also approved a subdivision north of Mona on Ostrich Lane across from the Sutherland family subdivision. The Commission also put a 6 month moratorium on any more cluster subdivision until the problems with roads can be addressed.
