PUBLIC NOTICE The Juab Municipal Building Authority will
be holding a public hearing on Wednesday, July 30, 2003
at 7:00 p.m. in the Juab County Commission Chambers
located at 160 North Main Street in Nephi, Utah. The
purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment
regarding bonding for a proposed expansion to the Juab
County Public Safety Building located at 428 West Sheep
Lane Drive in Nephi, UT. The proposed building expansion
is intended to provide approximately 1,669 square feet of
office and administrative space for the Utah Highway
Patrol. The projected cost of the building expansion is
$250,059. Anticipated lease revenues from the Utah
Highway Patrol are projected to more than pay for the
construction and all ongoing operating and maintenance
costs.
