Notice of Advertisement for Bids Mayfield Town is
seeking a contractor for the construc-tion of a new pump
station and conveyance pipeline. This project is located
in Mayfield, Sanpete County, Utah. The Work to be
accomplished under this proposed contract includes
installing a rein-forced concrete block pump house, a 75
horsepower sub-mersible pump set at a depth of 300 feet
from the top of the casing to the top of the intakes, a
2,340-foot trans-mission line, and appurtenances. The
work will include all piping, valves and accessories
necessary to pump to the water system as well as all
electrical panels, wiring, conduits and controls
neces-sary to operate the pump and electrical components.
Mayfield Town has retained Franson-Noble &
Associates, Inc., American Fork, Utah, as their
consulting engineer and representative for the pro-ject.
The contract documents and specification packet are
available starting on July 2, 2001 and may be obtained
