a contractor for the construction of a well pump station.
The project site is located approximately 1 mile east of
Mona, Utah. Work to be accomplished under the project
includes supplying and installing a 175 horsepower
submersible pump to be set at a depth of 540 feet; all
piping, valves, and appurtenances; some site work
including a concrete slab; and supply and installation of

ORDINANCE NO. 6-6-00 ORDINANCE ADOPTING CORRECTED ZONING
MAP WHEREAS, Nephi City Council has authority to adopt
zoning ordinances and maps pursuant to § 10-9-401,
402, and 403: and WHEREAS, Nephi City Council directed
the Nephi City Planning Commission to review the Nephi
City Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map and make
recommendations to the ordinance and map; and WHEREAS,
the Nephi City Planning Commission has reviewed the
Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map and made recommendations
for an amended Zoning Ordinance and Map; and WHEREAS,
Nephi City recently adopted the recommendations of the
Planning Commission and adopted an amended Zoning
Ordinance and Zoning Map; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Map had
a clerical error and did not conform to the zoning
