Satellite registration sites for those seeking to register to vote in the primary election to be held on June 27 have been combined.

"It is legal to combine the satellite registrations sites," said pat Ingram, county clerk-auditor. "We need to have one satellite registration site for every 29,000 voters."

All of Juab County may register at any of the sites. They are not limited to registering at a site just because it is in their community. For example, those who work in Nephi might find it more convenient to register in Nephi rather than in their hometown.

"Under this proposal, every city would be covered," said Ingram. There will be two registration agents in Nephi, one in Mona, one in Levan, one in Eureka, and two in the West Desert.

In addition, commissioners approved combining voting districts for the primary election just as they did for the presidential primary.

Satellite registration days for the Primary Election will be held Friday, June 16, and Monday, June 19. If you are not already a registered voter, you may register to vote from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at any one of the following locations:

•Mona&emdash;45 East Center, Darlene Fowkes.

•Levan&emdash;141 West 100 South, Carrie Sperry.

•Eureka&emdash;151 West Main, Mary Schow.

•Callao&emdash;Amy Sabey.

•Trout Creek&emdash;Jennifer Allred.

•Rocky Ridge&emdash;Christina Allred.
