TIME TO CONSERVE WATER • It’s only May, but the water coming down Salt Creek is so low that the Irrigation Company has two of its pumps on already. According to Leo Osborne, Water Master, it has been 4 years since the pumps have been turned on so early in the season. Nephi City sent out a letter in its utility bills warning residents to limit watering between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. in the city.
