  • Art in the Park schedule for Saturday, June 3rd

Classes and activities for Art in the Park will begin Saturday, June 3, at 10:00 a.m. Classes will run about every half hour, and some classes will be limited to a specific number of students and/or specific ages. Every class, craft, and workshop remains free for every child and every member of our community.

Classes will run from 10:00 until 12:00, when there will be an afternoon lunch concert given by class presenters. Don't forget to bring a lunch, or plan to purchase lunch items from the concession stand. Classes will resume from 1:00 to 3:00 on the same half hour schedule.

The Children's parade will begin at 3:30 at the LDS 3rd/5th Ward building on the corner of 500 North and 300 East. The parade will travel down 500 North and conclude back at the park with a free concert by Lee Fugal at approximately 4:00 p.m. Lee Fugal is a renowned entertainer who has performed at the Golden Horseshoe in Disneyland, on cruise ships all over the world, and at various celebrations right here in Utah. His comedy and music is great fun for the whole family.
